This Guidelines Manual will give you the keys and tricks to design and initiate your new campaign at low cost. (Part 1 of the manual)
The 2nd Part is dedicated to the 13 experienced cross-fertilized campaigns from the HEROES Partners, implemented during the project in 11 EU Member States, with the aim to reproduce them in your country and adapt them to your local culture.

TRAINING FOR VOLUNTEERS AND PEER-EDUCATORS
In order to train your employees, young collaborators, volunteers, students and/or peer-educators, the following training manual will help you building your training sessions to properly inform your team, for the field activities. It is indeed essential to use the right terms and adequate tools to involve and assist youngsters to sensitize their peers on the field. The awareness message to put across is way too important and requires a minimal level of knowledge and know-how to ease the communication and be efficient.
